This theme uses the HeartThis plugin, which can be obtained here or by searching in Dashboard > Plugins > Add New.
For the settings of this plugin navigate to Settings > HeartThis.
The styling of the HeartThis plugin is handled by the theme. So it is important you disable the default plugin styling.
