Front Section 6 Widget Area

The Front Section 6 widget area in the Havana theme demo uses a Short code in a Text widget to show the latest portfolio items.

Note: This only works when the Genesis Portfolio Pro plugin is installed and active.

Text Widget

Go to Appearance > Widgets to add a Text widget to this area.

To configure the widget, click on the title bar to open it, and change the settings as described below:

  1. Title: In the demo there is no title set, leave this field blank.
  2. Text editor: Switch to the Text modus before you add the Short Xode.
  3. Short Code: The short code has 3 options, number of posts ( in the demo set to 8 ),  order can be set to descending ( desc ) or ascending ( asc) and orderby dat or name.
