Setup the portfolio
Portfolio items
The portfolio items are customs post types. Navigate to Portfolio -> Add new to add an new item. Give your portfolio item a name, and add a portfolio type (category).
The latest portfolio items are shown on the homepage. Put the text which you want to show in the fly-out in the Excerpt field. The text shown on the single portfolio page has to be placed in the default content field.
For the portfolio images we use the featured image option. Add your first image by setting the featured image. If you have the Dynamic Featured Image installed (recommended) you can add a second, and a third featured image.
Portfolio page
By default there is already a isotope portfolio page. The URL of this page is yourdomainname.com/portfolio. When you want to make this page accessible true the menu you have to add a custom link to the menu with the URL /portfolio.
Portfolio Filters
The isotope portfolio can be used with filters. For every portfolio item add a Portfolio type (category) in the right sidebar. This Portfolio type will be used as filter on top of the portfolio page.
